From time to time the Grand Lodge or it's officers may send out information via mass email.   Any member of the MWPHGL of MD can request an email account.

Use the form below to request access to the CMS.

All GL Elected Officers, all GL appointed District Staff Officers, and all WMs and Secretaries for the constiuent lodges are allowed access to the CMS.  Access to the CMS is used as a means to communicate between the various districts, it's lodges and the grand lodge.   Each DDGM is also allowed to have one to two people appointed as administrators for their district.  The appointments would therefore, perform various functions such as gathering a group of user names for bulk registration, ensuring that the WMs and the Secretaries for your lodges have access to the system as well as ensure if you so desire that all of your reports are posted.  If you so desire to appoint someone, feel free to email us at admin@mwphglmd.info.
